Do I pay more by buying through you?
No. You buy directly from the carrier at their normal price. The carrier may pay us a referral fee, which keeps this site and our videos free.
Who do I call if something goes wrong with my order?
The carrier you bought from handles your order, billing, shipping and returns, since your account is with them.
Are you part of a phone company?
No. The Phone Helper is independent. We aren’t owned by any carrier or phone maker.
Can I keep my phone number?
Almost always, yes. Your new carrier moves your number over for you. See the steps.
